お香とはまるで関係ない話なんですが。
私の死んだ父親は、「ひ」と言うところが、「し」になってしまう人でした。
「こりゃ、東京訛りなんだね〜」とのこと。
中学で初めて英語を習ったとき、これで大変苦労したそうです。
「Ｈｅ（彼）」が上手く発音できず、どうしても「Ｓｈｅ（彼女）」になってしまう。
英語の先生に吊るし上げられ、特訓されたが、それでもダメ。
おかげで英語が大嫌いになり、ほかの教科もやる気がなくなり、そのせいで志望の学校に進学できなかった、と言ってました。（訛りのせいだけかっ？？！！）
斯くいう私も、「ひ」と「し」が怪しいのです。
勤め人時代には、職場で後輩から、「“白髭橋東（しらひげばしひがし）”って言ってみてください！」と、軽〜くイジメられてました。
パソコンで「東」と出そうとして、「しがし」と打ち込んでしまいます。
当然、いつまでたっても正しく漢字変換できません。
最近は意識しているので滅多にありませんが、気を抜くと、またやっちゃうんですよ〜。
